Carlsmed – which has developed a patented medical device that is combined with a personalized surgical plan for patients needing spine surgery, recently announced that the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) has granted Breakthrough Device designation for their aprevoR technology. This is the company’s second Breakthrough Device designation. (Highlighted November 2022)
Inhibrx – a clinical stage biotech company developing cancer and rare disease therapeutics, recently announced that the company will retain its rights to INBRX-101 for commercialization outside of the U.S. and Canada. This came about when Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.A. turned down the right to exercise its option. INBRX-101, which received Fast Track Designation by the FDA earlier this year, is their drug candidate to treat patients suffering from a specific type of emphysema. (Highlighted September 2023)

Nascent Biotech – a clinical stage biopharma company which is developing monoclonal antibodies, recently announced that the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) has given them the green light to begin Phase-II clinical trials for brain cancer with their lead candidate, Pritumumab. tab32 – founded in 2013, the company is a pioneer in developing a comprehensive cloud-based, HIPAA-compliant, technology management platform used by dental practitioners for their patients’ dental electronic health records (Dental EHR). They have received numerous accolades, most recently being featured on Google Healthcare as a Dental Market solutions provider.
