Fenix Space – founded in 2018, Fenix Space is a low-orbit satellite launch startup developing the next-gen air launch platform for orbital and suborbital hypersonic launch missions. The company was recently selected, together with two other companies, to participate in a planned suborbital mission funded by DoD’s Defense Innovation Unit (DIU). The mission is planned for early 2025.

Fuse Integration – a leader in developing innovative communications solutions for our nation’s warfighters, the company recently was recognized as a 2024 Silver Military Friendly^® Employer. Last year, Fuse received the Bronze designation and advancing to the Silver level demonstrates the continued commitment by Fuse to create rewarding opportunities for the military community. Additionally, Fuse was named a 2023 Fastest Growing Company by the San Diego Business Journal for medium-sized companies.

Intraratio – an innovator in developing enterprise software solutions to automate and streamline manufacturing operations in the semiconductor, electronics and MEMs industry sectors, the company was recently awarded the 2023 Mexico Technology Award (MTA) in the software category. The MTA program recognizes companies with new innovations which are produced by OEM manufacturing equipment and materials suppliers over the last 12 months and which are available in Mexico.

Molecular Assemblies – a leader in developing DNA synthesis technologies, the company recently was awarded the 2023 BioServices Innovation of the Year award from BioTech Breakthrough Awards Program. This program evaluates the industry’s top solutions and innovations in the life sciences and biotech sectors. Molecular Assemblies was chosen from over 1,500 nominations which were submitted from over 12 countries around the world.

Inc. Magazine recently released its annual Inc. 5000 List for 2023. Driven by data, each year this list provides a ranking of the fastest growing companies in the country. We congratulate the following Springboard companies which made the cut this year:

Avacen Medical – has developed a pain management medical device which is drug-free, FDA-cleared, non-invasive, and available over-the-counter. This marks the fourth year for the company to make the Inc. 5000 List.

Doctible – has developed a communication platform for patients to easily find and engage with a network of health providers. This marks the fourth year for the company to make the Inc. 5000 List.

MD Revolution – has developed a digital healthcare platform for patients to better manage their chronic health care and improve the patient and caregiver engagement. This marks the third year for the company to make the Inc 5000 List.
