The XEO Objective

Success in the innovation economy requires skills at all levels. Cross-functional expertise coupled with a strong professional network can help employees thrive and drive company growth. This program is designed to provide essential tools to individuals you want to retain, develop, and empower to contribute to your company’s success, both now and in the future.

Driving Innovation

For 40 years, Connect has been a driving force in cultivating San Diego’s life science and tech communities. In 2021, our team and trusted advisors helped startups raise over $9B, setting a record high for venture capital investment in the region. As we build on this success, our priority remains advocating for talent across the region to ensure we’re propelling our community forward.

The Connect Factor

From the start, Connect has been dedicated to forging strong connections within and beyond our innovation community. Positioned at the heart of San Diego’s innovation ecosystem, we’re committed to sharing our extensive network and expertise with the next generation of leaders—elevating opportunities for all in San Diego, now and in the future.

Once you’re in XEO, you’re forever part of our Connect family.
