Mike has significant experience working with both privately-held and publicly traded companies. His experience includes SEC 1933 Act and 1934 Act filings, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, reverse mergers, comfort letters, SEC comment letters, ICFR and periodic reporting requirements. Mike’s clients include domestic companies with foreign operations and range in size from smaller reporting companies to large accelerated filers.
