I’m excited to join Connect as the Partnerships & Events Manager and support the founders, builders, and partners who are pushing bold ideas forward across San Diego.
Continuous learning has always guided me. While studying International Relations at the Autonomous University of Baja California in Tijuana, I saw firsthand how knowledge-sharing and inclusive, collaborative spaces can spark both personal and community growth. That experience set the foundation for the work I’ve pursued ever since.
During my time at ArkusNexus, I helped lead community-building initiatives across SoCal, organizing high value tech events and developing strategic partnerships that strengthened connections between the local tech community, companies and other impactful organizations. This opportunity showed me just how special San Diego is: highly collaborative and full of talented people.
For me, Connect serves as the system that ties our innovation ecosystem together—bridging gaps, aligning people and resources, and building a stronger San Diego innovation landscape through intentional programs and experiences. I’m passionate about creating spaces where meaningful relationships can form, because the true impact of an event is reflected in the long-term outcomes a connected community can achieve.
Having grown up in Tijuana, I bring a unique perspective on the power and potential of our mega-region. At Connect, I look forward to building experiences and partnerships that help shape the spaces where ideas grow and people connect with intention.
