Zach Millrood is Vice Chairman at Savills San Diego with more than 23 years of experience advising occupiers across industries and managing complex real estate portfolios on a regional, national, and international scale. Specializing exclusively in tenant representation, Zach is known for his strategic planning, accountability, and client-focused execution, consistently delivering successful outcomes regardless of project size. Prior to Savills, he held senior roles at Hughes Marino and Equis Corporation, where he led corporate real estate strategies for companies with global operations. Beyond his professional achievements—including recognition by San Diego Metro Magazine’s “40 Under 40.”
Zach is an active community leader, serving on nonprofit boards and supporting a range of philanthropic causes. A graduate of Colorado State University and former competitive skier, Zach enjoys traveling and hitting the slopes with his wife Jennifer and their two sons.
