Danielle L. Walker is the Senior Director – HR Strategic Business Partner at the San Diego site for Eli Lilly and Company. Over her 29-year career with Lilly, she has held a variety of roles within Human Resources, including Employee Relations, Investigations, Affirmative Action/EEO, Compensation, Project Consulting, and Operations. Her work has spanned key initiatives such as succession management, talent assessment, promotion process administration, mergers and acquisitions, organizational change management, and talent acquisition. Danielle is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and holds the SHRM-SCP certification. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati, an MBA from the University of Indianapolis, and a Master’s in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. In addition, she has served as an adjunct professor for HR courses at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and is an alumna of the Spring 2024 Connect XEO leadership program.
