As a key member of Interlaced’s executive leadership team, she has been instrumental in scaling the company from 20 to 70 employees across three nationwide locations while advancing financial strategy and operational efficiency.
Anna’s passion for connecting strategy with execution has resulted in significant achievements, including generating an additional $1M in ARR through the development of a true-up billing process, successfully integrating acquired companies, and implementing scalable systems and processes to support sustained growth. Her expertise in financial strategy, systems migrations, business operations, and budgeting & forecasting has made her an invaluable contributor to organizational success and M&A initiatives.
