Manager, Technology Consulting
Kyle’s focus as a technology and management consultant at RSM is on NetSuite solutions. He has performed multiple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) package implementations across a broad spectrum of verticals, ranging from wholesale distribution to retail for both large enterprise clients as well as traditional midmarket organizations. Additionally, Kyle has worked on projects with many degrees of integration and connectivity needs. As a NetSuite certified consultant, Kyle has led various international implementations on the NetSuite platform. Product knowledge coupled with an emphasis on change management have allowed him to successfully implement a NetSuite integrated solution to meet the demands of complex deliveries. He has proven himself as a leader in diverse business ecosystems. Kyle emphasizes strategic and tactical directives of the business during these pivotal technology transformations.
Director, Business Development
Justin leads RSM’s San Diego business development practice with a specific focus on C-level relationship management and client satisfaction. He has over 20 years of consultative sales experience with a documented record of successfully adding value to both public and privately held companies in the life sciences, technology and consumer products sectors. Passionate about the tax opportunities available to middle market companies following the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, Justin enjoys educating clients to the credits and incentives available and functioning as their proactive advocate to help ensure every appropriate opportunity is considered. Justin has deep enterprise resource planning (ERP) experience and works closely with RSM’s local and national NetSuite team to deliver robust and intuitive ERP cloud solutions, advance analytics and business intelligence. Prior to joining RSM, Justin was the national sales manager for a MS Dynamics value-added reseller (VAR) focusing on the NAV platform (rebranded as Dynamics Business Central) and is well versed on the Microsoft stack and Dynamics product suite. Justin also serves as co-chair for RSM’s Business Development Advisory Council (BDAC).
