Amy Wintersheimer

A distinguished trial lawyer, Amy Wintersheimer Findley exclusively defends employers in state, federal, and appellate courts in cases involving critical employment-related issues, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour. Amy takes an individualized approach to determining the best way forward in these contentious employment matters, focusing on the effective use of resources. Her trial experience includes both judge and jury trials, in state and federal courts throughout California, from Sacramento to San Diego and numerous jurisdictions in between.

Nick Schuchert

Nicholas J. Schuchert

Nick Schuchert is a litigation attorney in our Orange County office. He focuses his practice on employment litigation, including the representation of employers facing claims of discrimination, harassment, misappropriation of trade secrets, and wrongful termination. Nick also has substantial experience defending clients in consumer class actions and other complex commercial litigation. He has experience in all stages of civil litigation, including depositions, drafting motions, preparing for trial, and arguing a wide variety of motions.
