Karios Technologies has novel, patented technology platform that we are using to address large unmet needs in the areas of surgery and drug delivery. Our first focus is on prevention of postsurgical adhesions ($10+ B US market) with initial product development in cardiac ($2B US market) and pediatrics where there is no competition. We are also growing our product pipeline to enable other indications for additional products and licensing opportunities with strategic partners. Our company was founded from interviews with surgeons to identify key areas of need and determine key product attributes.
