What is the hardest thing about being an entrepreneur?
Finding time to sleep and for fun.
What inspired you to start this company?
I’ve always been interested in cars and trucks. GoShare gave me the opportunity to create something new and valuable for a large market in an industry that I was passionate about. I knew we could create thousands of jobs while making our customers lives easier.
What’s your most satisfying entrepreneur moment so far?
Our first API integration with Sherwin Williams was very satisfying. They were my paint supplier in college when I owned a house painting business and it was an inflection point for the business. Closing a deal with our first outside angel investor Claudio Burtin was also extremely satisfying which also included a race car sponsorship.
What's the best entrepreneurial advice you've received?
Persistence and perseverance are required. Find a lead investor first before negotiating with other investors.
If you could be any superhero which would it be and why?
Batman – I love his mission, style and cars.
