About the Presenters:
Martin Staubus
, Associate Director, the Beyster Institute at the Rady School of Management.

Martin is a nationally recognized expert on the design and operation of arrangements that give employees an equity interest in the company they work for. He has more than twenty-five years of experience in the employee ownership field in several capacities, including practicing lawyer, VP of human resources, and management consultant. Staubus holds a B.A. in economics from UC Berkeley, an M.B.A., and a law degree.
